Yoga was developed thousands of years ago by yogis. Yoga is an exceptional fitness activity for health and wellness. Today, yoga is an extremely popular activity for both men and women. The word yoga has its first mention in the Rig Veda, the oldest of the sacred texts. Those that study Yoga estimate it's age to be four thousand year. The balance between mind, body and soul is established by yoga. There are thousands of yoga asanas (exercises) and each has its own significance. Yoga can be done in the morning or in the evening. All types of yoga have different benefits for the mind, the body or the spirit. Everyone can benefit from Yoga, regardless of age, weight, build or experience. The practice of Yoga is believed to lead to: stress reduction, increased energy and awareness, increased flexibility, focused mind and strong body. Regular Exercise is very important in your daily life. The human body was designed in such a way that only regular exercise can maintain the correct level of chemicals that are necessary to keep us in a healthy tip top condition. Exercise is likely to reduce depression and anxiety and help you to better manage stress. Exercise Is Fun. Regular exercise is necessary for healthy circulatory, respiratory and immune systems. Regular exercise can reduce a person's chances of dying from heart disease, cancer, and other causes. Exercise helps you sleep better at night, and also puts you in a good mood. It keeps our immune system healthy and helps pump blood and oxygen to our major organ.
