Yoga For Healthy Life

Yoga was developed thousands of years ago by yogis. Yoga is an exceptional fitness activity for health and wellness. Today, yoga is an extremely popular activity for both men and women. The word yoga has its first mention in the Rig Veda, the oldest of the sacred texts. Those that study Yoga estimate it's age to be four thousand year. The balance between mind, body and soul is established by yoga. There are thousands of yoga asanas (exercises) and each has its own significance. Yoga can be done in the morning or in the evening. All types of yoga have different benefits for the mind, the body or the spirit. Everyone can benefit from Yoga, regardless of age, weight, build or experience. The practice of Yoga is believed to lead to: stress reduction, increased energy and awareness, increased flexibility, focused mind and strong body. Research proved that regular practice of yoga position, breathing techniques has many benefits like weight reduction, blood pressure normalize, immune power increase, increase of concentration, increase flexibility of body, detoxification of body system.
